I won’t agree or disagree with this conspiracy theory, but the railroad cars a parked for a reason. It’s call bad economy. Cars aren’t being sold. Cars therefor aren’t getting shipped. So ALL the railroads, including the one I work for, are storing those rail cars ANYWHERE there is open track. They are hoping the big 3 start doing business again, or these cars are going to go to waste.
Also, just a thought, MAYBE the government is actually starting to their jobs, namely FEMA, and laying in place a foundation on which to lean on in case of major disasters, man made or natural. Some of the stuff I hear does sound shady, but most of it is basic jumping to conclusions. So the DHS is transporting sensitive cargo from here to there, who said it was bird flu? You did, then when people hear you say it, they say it. RUMORS!!!
