yeah, i heard its pretty good. although i found that you shouldn’t take it for more than 3 or 4 days in a row as after that you can develop a tolerance for it

That’s the first I heard of that, although always when I first begin to use it I take it 3 days in a row then every other two days then once a week. When Virus’s/Bacteria’s and flu seasons are more prevelant. Even Off season I’ll take it once week. It has 21 amino acids etc, makes our cells much more resiliant.

i have been taking vitamin c chewable tablets for as long as i can remember and it doesnt ward off colds in any way or form !

hey for all the people looking at my comment here is a real remedy for sore throat and it could help with othere throat sicknesses too.get a little cup and fill it up with about 2 tea spoons of honey and one teaspoon of green lemon and then stir it up a little gargle it then swallow it. I swear to god it helps alot!!!!!!!

i agree about Garlic. it is the only natural flu preventative as used be the SAS and the romans in bygone years, However be aware that taking too much raw Garlic if you have high blood pressure could kill you!

I use 3% hydrogen peroxide in the ears. Tilt your head and pour in the H202 (Hydrogen peroxide) and keep it in each ear for about 6-10 minutes. It will bubble since the flu/cold virus lingers in the ear and goes from there to your throat, nose etc. The bubbling action is the h202 killing the virus/germs in your ear. Repeat this 2-3 times a day until the bubbling stops. I also recommend using q tips after the h202 to clean your ears better. I also take zinc lozenges for they help.Just google this
