i dont have a salt shaker so im using a teaspoon. Will this work too?

i used a straw, was able to put it directly to the back of my throat. but i put too much and a gag reflex occured where i spit half of the salt out.

cant you just use salt water…works for me

too much can damage your mucous, which your body makes to defend itself.Salt does draw out water & bacteria edema & kills them, but only take 1/4 teaspoon or less.
Best to check with your doctor too
